On 29 August this year, one of the most popular dating portals in Latvia – Inbox Dating – changed its design and is now available to its users in a new look with an improved information layout and various new features!
Although the new design of the section has kept its simple and easy approach to the product’s functionality and the information it contains, it should be noted that some components, for example the search menu, are no longer in their usual place – the profile search is now available in the right-hand corner of the page, and two new sections, “Recently active” and “Profile battles”, have been added to the top toolbar of the page, where you can vote for the dating profile you think is best.
Following the changes, the “Men” and “Women” pages are no longer available in the new version of Dating, as now, to filter profiles by the users’ gender, you need to use the profile search mentioned above. It is also worth noting that, for our users’ convenience, we have added a new option that includes information about the activity of dating profiles. If you see a green dot under a profile, it means that this user is currently active, while a yellow dot means that the user has been active recently.
Finally, we would like to emphasise that the design and layout changes have affected not only the Dating front page, but also the “My profile” section, where the dating profile text has been successfully moved from the left to the right side, and profile pictures can now be viewed in a much larger size, to help you save the time spent searching for your other half by clicking on each picture separately.
What do you think of the new Dating section? Please send your feedback and comments by e-mail to feedback@inbox.lv.
