More than 180 billion emails are sent around the world every day, estimates the „Radicati Group” in its study. Sending emails should be convenient and simple, which is why „Inbox.lv” has improved its message compose form. Now our users can fully focus on the content of their message without worrying about technical details or the risk of losing information.
The compose form now has a „Drag&Drop” feature – files you want to attach to an email can now simply be „dragged” into the email straight from your computer desktop. You can also attach several files at once.
To the delight of our email users, a „preview” feature for images attached to emails is now also available. It will come in handy when you need to select and send just a few photos from a large number, as you will be able to check whether all of them – and exactly the photos you want to send – have been attached to the message. You can also see a file’s name by hovering the mouse cursor over it.
We would like to remind you that „Inbox.lv” offers a unique opportunity to send files of up to 50 MB in a single email. For users’ convenience, when attaching files you can now immediately see their total size and how much space remains.
The colour scheme of the compose form will also lend a helping hand in preventing accidental mistakes. All functions that represent various cancel or delete actions are now red. As they are now much easier to notice, the likelihood of an unwanted action being performed by accident is significantly reduced. In addition, the „Request read receipt” option has been moved to the toolbar at the top.
